合成了新型壳聚糖-石墨烯纳米复合材料。利用透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、拉曼光谱、X射线衍射(XRD)和傅立叶-红外光谱等分别对壳聚糖-石墨烯纳米复合材料的形貌和尺寸、结构进行了表征。应用基于该新型壳聚糖-石墨烯纳米复合材料的搅拌棒固相吸附萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用技术(SBSE-GC-MS)高效检测金花茶花朵中棕榈酸、α-香树素、表儿茶素等脂溶性活性成分。该技术具有简单快捷、检测灵敏度高、检测限低,再现性好等特点。
A novel chitosan-graphene nanocomposite was synthesized.
