Twenty-one human malignant melanoma samples were obtained surgically, while blood samples and normal muscle and skin tissue were obtained from the patient. After all tissues were washed with saline solution, homogenate was prepared with non-ionized water, and tissue supernatant samples were centrifuged. Tissue samples or serum samples were electrophoresed and stained on vertical starch gel plates to study the viability of eleven enzymes.
