随着时代的变迁,各种生活理念、人生信条充斥人们的头脑,爆炸的信息更容易让人迷失。而真正能流传千古,支撑起中华民族精神之内核的,则是那些一代代传下来的家风家训。蔡长元:(1917年~1995年),少将,四川省宣汉县人。曾参加川陕苏区反“围剿”和长征,任晋察冀军区政治部青年科科长、军分区政治部主任,华北军区旅政委,第十九兵团师政委。参加了平津、太原、兰州等战役,抗美援朝时期任中国人民志愿军师政委、师长。历任副军长兼参谋长、军政委,陕西省军区政委。1955年被授予少将军衔。蔡小心:(1976年—)蔡长元之子,抗美援朝战史学者、军史作家。
