实际推广应用中发现,用标准规定的光度法测定太阳光反射比和近红外反射比的结果并不能区分涂料质量的优劣,反映不出涂料的真实降温节能效果。整个行业误把“反射隔热涂料标准”当作识别“节能涂料”的唯一依据。真正控制“节能涂料”的功能性检测指标应回归到涂料的降温节能效果上来。建议尽快制定“节能涂料”的国家标准。,It is found that in the actual promotion application, the results can not distinguish the quality of coatings nor reflect the real cooling energy saving effect of the coating, by using the spectrophotometric method stipulated by standards to determine the solar reflection ratio and near infrared reflectance. The entire industry mistakenly treats thereflective thermal-insulation coatings standardas the only basis for recognizingenergy-saving coatings. The functional detection index for truly managingenergy-saving coatingsshould be the cooling and energy-saving effect of the paint. Therefore, this paper suggests that the national standard forenergy-saving coatingsshould be developed as soon as possible.
