The Cramato Machine Building Research and Process Institute designs and manufactures automation and mechanization lines for the machining and assembly of rolling bearing axlebox parts for the Altai vehicle manufacturer. This set of automatic lines include: labyrinth processing automatic line, fastening cap processing automatic line, shaft box body finishing automatic line, shaft box roughing mechanization production line and axle box assembly mechanization production line. The manufacture of vehicle parts and the automation of their assembly are a complex technical issue, first of all because of the high geometric parameters of these parts and, secondly, the structural differences of these parts.
