近年来,苏州健雄职业技术学院毕业生半年后的就业率一直稳定在93%以上,在全省高职院校中处于高位,但是学生毕业半年内离职率始终高于全省平均水平。这要求我们深入分析目前职业指导工作中存在的问题,实现更高质量的职业指导。本文从职业指导课程和讲座的开设方式、职业素养的强化、实践学时的设置、学生个人定位的明确、专业课老师和企业人员的参与度、创新创业活动的指导力度等方面分析原因,并提出了相应的改进措施。
In recent years, the employment rate of graduates of Suzhou Jianxiong Polytechnic Institute has been stable at above 93% in six months, which is high in the province’s vocational colleges.
