目的了解我市中学生意外伤害的流行特点，提出有效预防中学生意外伤害的措施。方法采用分层整群抽样、问卷调查的方式，对邯郸市4400名初中学生进行意外伤害调查。结果总伤害发生率为16．70％，男生伤害发生率（20．51％）高于女生（12．77％），初一年级伤害发生率（14．77％）低于初二（17.17％）和初三年级（19．34％）。结论意外伤害发生率与学生自我保健意识、性别、学习紧张程度等因素有关。
Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of accidental injuries among middle school students in our city and put forward measures to effectively prevent accidental injuries among middle school students. Methods By stratified cluster sampling and questionnaire survey, 4400 junior high school students in Handan City were investigated for accidental injuries. Results The total injury rate was 16.70%. The incidence of injuries was 20.51% in boys and 12.77% in girls. The incidence of injuries in the first grade was 14.77% ) And the third grade (19.34%). Conclusions The incidence of accidental injury is related to students’ awareness of self-care, gender and degree of learning stress.
