目的了解乡镇卫生院射线装置放射防护现状,保障放射工作人员和公众健康。方法采用横断面调查方法,对射线机房放射防护设施进行调查;采用JB4000型X?γ辐射仪对工作场所和周围环境进行剂量率监测。结果 200mA射线机在乡镇卫生院中使用广泛,占52.6%,仍有10.5%诊疗单位使用100mA射线机;机房面积在24m2以下的占44.7%;电离辐射标识设置合格的占36.8%,工作指示灯状态指示正常的占10.5%;操作室防护门监测超标率为12.7%,机房候诊门监测超标率达35.1%,防护墙的超标率为7.9%;个人剂量监测率为94.7%。结论乡镇卫生院射线装置放射防护普遍较差,防护意识欠缺,应加强监督监管力度,严格按国家相关法律法规开展工作。
Objective To understand the radiological protection status of radiological installations in township hospitals and ensure the health of radiation workers and the public. Methods The cross-sectional survey method was used to investigate the radiation protection facilities in the radiology room. The dose rate of the workplace and surrounding environment was monitored by JB4000 X-γ radiometer. Results 200mA ray machine was widely used in township hospitals, accounting for 52.6%. There were still 10.5% of medical units using 100mA radiography machine. The room area was below 24m2 accounting for 44.7%. The ionizing radiation signage was set at 36.8% Status indicators normal accounted for 10.5%; operating room door monitoring exceeded the rate of 12.7%, engine room waiting room monitoring exceeded the standard rate of 35.1%, protection wall exceeded the rate of 7.9%; personal dose monitoring rate of 94.7%. Conclusion Radiation protection of township hospitals is generally poor, and protection awareness is poor. Supervision and supervision should be strengthened and strict accordance with relevant state laws and regulations.
