液压油温的高低对装载机液压系统中液压元件的性能及液压油的黏度特性都会产生很大的影响。随着油温的升高,液压油的黏度降低,液压元件的泄漏量增大,泄漏量的增大,有时影响装载机的功能。根据装载机的一例实际故障,从原理上讲述了装载机动臂浮动功能,分析了动臂浮动故障的原因,并根据实际情况,提出了查找故障的方法,经过试验,故障得到排除。
The temperature of the hydraulic oil has a great influence on the performance of the hydraulic components in the hydraulic system of the loader and the viscosity characteristics of the hydraulic oil. As the oil temperature increases, the viscosity of the hydraulic oil decreases, the amount of leakage of hydraulic components increases, the amount of leakage increases, sometimes affecting the function of the loader. According to an actual fault of loader, the floating function of loader boom is introduced in principle, the reason of boom floating fault is analyzed, and according to the actual situation, a method of finding fault is proposed. After the test, the fault is eliminated.
