近几年来,我国的企业十分关注和大力推行企业文化,以期在激烈的市场竞争中获得长足发展,立足于不败之地。其实,企业文化并不神秘,也不是一种先游离于企业之外,一旦发现或需要又移植于企业的精神范畴之内的东西。一个企业(无论规模大小、人员多少、历史长短)从创建之初到兴旺发达直至最后消亡,都在创建、执行和探索着自己的企业文化,只不过此时的创建、探索和执行,是一种不自觉的和无意识的行为,缺少稳定性、系统性、条理性和前瞻性,因而也无法使自身的企业文化在已有的基础上得到进一步的总结、提高和发展。我国由计划经济向市场经济转轨、我国日益融入国际市场,使我国的企业家看到了光辉的前景,同时也感到了来自国外的巨大压力,他们亟需一种有凝聚力和推动力的东西,国外的企业文化的传入,使他们找到了这种东西,一时间趋之若鹜,或生搬硬套或囫囵吞枣或不求甚解,照搬不顾国情、复制讲究原封不动、移植不分精华与糟粕,这样做的结果是,我们的某些企业文化不伦不类、不中不洋,步入误区,反而耽搁和阻碍了有中国特色的企业文化的创建和发展。今天发表的三篇文章,作者从不同的视角、不同的经历和不同的观点,阐述了自己的看法。我们对此不做任何观点对与错、做法好与坏、道理深与浅的评论,只是希望通过这三篇文章对那些致力于探索和研究企业文化的人们有所启发,并提供某种启迪与借鉴,从而推动有中国特色的企业文化的创建和发展。
