由中国建筑科学研究院建筑机械化研究所设计、青岛市内燃机厂制造的HCR-75型振动冲击夯于1987年8月4日至5日在青岛通过鉴定。该机应用于公路、道路堤坝、水库、农田水利、各种管道沟回填土及民用建筑条形基础、基坑以及墙角等狭窄地带的土壤夯实工作。具有体积小重量轻、转弯灵活、贴边性好等特点;该机以IE50F型2.2kW汽油发动机为动力;冲击次数600~680 1/min;跳起高度15~17mm;最大前进速度12m/min;最大冲击力23kW;可调4级不同的冲击能量,深受施工现场欢迎。
Designed by the Institute of Construction Mechanization of the Chinese Academy of Building Research, the HCR-75 vibration impact hammer manufactured by Qingdao Internal Combustion Engine Plant passed the appraisal in Qingdao from August 4th to 5th, 1987. The machine is used for soil compaction work in narrow areas such as highways, road embankments, reservoirs, farmland water conservancy, various pipeline ditch backfills and civil building strip foundations, foundation pits and corners. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, flexible turning, good welting, etc. It is powered by IE50F 2.2kW gasoline engine; impact frequency is 600~680 1/min; jump height is 15~17mm; maximum forward speed is 12m/min The maximum impact of 23kW; adjustable four different impact energy, welcomed by the construction site.
