针对复杂可修系统提出不可恢复故障的概念,建立了考虑不可恢复故障可修系统的新的可靠性指标体系,包括状态类指标及系统指标两部分,并研究了各指标间的相互关系。根据新的可靠性指标体系建立了确定系统状态类及不可恢复故障率的一般方法。在此基础上,考察了考虑不可恢复故障的单部件可修系统,给出系统的状态转移图,建立了描述系统的马尔可夫模型,并进行状态分析,研究了新的指标体系下的各可靠性指标。作为示例,给出了二部件并联可修系统的数值分析结果,揭示了可靠性指标间的相互关系。
In this paper, a concept of unrecoverable fault is proposed for complex repairable system. A new reliability index system is established, including state class index and system index, considering the repairable system with unrecoverable fault, and the interrelationship among the indexes is studied. According to the new reliability index system, a general method of determining system status class and unrecoverable failure rate is established. On this basis, we investigate the repairable system with one-component considering the unrecoverable fault, give the state transition diagram of the system, build the Markov model to describe the system and analyze the state of the system. Reliability indicators. As an example, the numerical analysis of a two-component parallel repairable system is given, and the correlation between reliability indexes is revealed.
