关于10%钾明矾注射液在热压灭菌后发生沉淀的现象,可能由下列一些情况形成: 钾明矾原料本身含有杂质或所用的蒸溜水不纯,如含有碳酸盐或其它金属盐类,或贮存注射液的容器有游离硷析出时,都有可能使钾明矾在热压灭菌后析出沉淀。这种沉淀多半为xAl_2(SO_4)_3·yAl(OH)_3,Al(OH)_3或2AlK(SO_4)_2、4Al(OH)_3·Al_2K_2(SO_4)_4,2Al_2(OH)_(?)等复盐。此外,当水中含有微量钙离子时,亦能产生CaSO_4沉淀。这些沉淀除CaSO_4外,在酸性溶液中均可避免析出,故建议在配制时应注意下列各点:
