在长期的历史发展过程中,中国优秀的传统行政道德思想已经深深地扎根于中华民族的心理,是培育当代政府文化源源不断的精神动力。从整体来说,服务型政府建设需从两个方面着手:一是作为“硬实力”的政府制度建设;二是作为“软实力”的政府文化建设。政府文化是构建服务型政府的“软实力”和核心。因此,我们应该充分挖掘中国优秀的传统行政道德思想,积极培育当代政府文化,促进服务型政府建设。
In the course of long-term historical development, China’s outstanding traditional thinking on administrative ethics has deeply rooted in the psychology of the Chinese nation and is an inexhaustible spiritual driving force in fostering contemporary government culture. On the whole, the construction of service-oriented government needs to proceed from two aspects: First, as a “hard power” of the government system; second is as “soft power” of the government culture. Government culture is the core of building “soft power” and service-oriented government. Therefore, we should fully exploit China’s outstanding traditional thinking on administrative ethics, actively cultivate contemporary government culture and promote the building of a service-oriented government.
