In this paper, the canine hindlimbs were injured by the bombardment with M-193 and 5.56mm shells, and the changes of glucocorticoid receptor (GR), cardiorespiratory structure and function of dogs were observed. The experimental study found that the apparent binding capacity (R_0) and apparent dissociation constant (Kd) of GR after injury showed obvious metabolic disorders, pathological injury in heart and lungs, changes in leukocyte GR after injury and cardiac output (CO) Vascular resistance (PVR), systemic vascular resistance (SVR). The above experimental results suggest that high-speed gunshot wound GR defects may be the secondary heart and lung damage molecular pathological features. This article also discusses the possible mechanism of posttrauma leukocyte GR changes.
