本文介绍连管式试车台涡轮喷气发动机高空模拟试验的主要模拟技术。概要地说明了涡轮喷气发动机的模拟条件,具体地阐述了涡轮喷气发动机高空模拟试验的模拟过程,提高模拟高度、扩大试车范围的一些措施,还提出了试车中应注意的主要技术问题。 这个试车台已用本文所述方法为五个型号、九个机种的涡轮喷气发动机做了近500次高空模拟试验。
This paper introduces the main simulation techniques of the high-altitude simulation test of a turbojet engine with a tube test bed. The simulation conditions of turbojet engine are described in detail. The simulation process of turbojet engine is described in detail. Some measures to increase the simulation altitude and extend the range of test vehicle are also described. The main technical problems that should be noticed during the test are also put forward. This test rig has been used in this article for five models, nine aircraft turbojet engine made nearly 500 high-altitude simulation test.
