一、出口商输出货品应向指定银行填具外汇移存证一式四份,由指定银行盖章(如系寄售出口应加盖红色『寄售』字样戳记;如货已售定委托指定银行代收者,应加盖红色『售定代收』字样戳记)后保留一份(即指定银行存查一份),二份交出口商,另一份(即贸易局存查份)应由指定银行于每日汇齐后于次晨迳送贸易局输出推广处。如系寄售或售定代收出口,则该份移存证,另由出口商连同寄售申请许可书迳送贸易局覆核。二、出口商报关时由海关签章后留存一份(即海关存查份),另一份(即中国银行存查份)应由海关每日汇齐迳送中国银行,由中国银行按指定银行分户登记备查。关于盖有『寄售』或『特许出口』字样之移存证,海关应验明其盖有本局核准之签章后始得准予报关出口。
