农村中随着柴油机的普及,其耗油量日益增加农民经济负担过重。据机灌站、井试验,综合节能方法如下。 (1) 适当提高柴油机的冷却水温度。其正常出水温度为65~85℃,而当前使用的却普遍低于45℃左右,造成浪费油:(1) 油不能全燃烧,耗油多。(2) 机油粘度大,零件运动摩擦阻力大,耗油高。鉴此,应改善提高冷却水温度为佳。 (2) 保证最佳供油提前角。如195型柴油机的供油提前角为16°~20°。如果柴油机经过一段使用后,柱塞偶件与喷油泵传动件的磨损,供油提前角减小,造成供油时间过晚,油耗大大升高。鉴此,应及时调整。
