In 2011, the 320 kV multi-discipline research platform for highly charged ions produced and delivered ion beams for 45 experiments including 11 joint ones, in which 3 new ion species were provided. The total operation time amounted up to 6500 h, which included experimental beam time of 5650 h, i.e. 87% of the total operation time, failure time 7.6%, and commissioning time 5.4%. The ion beams provided by the 320 kV platform in 2011 are summarized in Table. 1. The applied high voltage had been ranged from 5 to 300 kV. The delivered beam intensity and quality fulfilled the experimental requirements.
