[目的 /意义]基于信息生态视角,在微观层面上阐释技术创新活动,并分析企业信息生态与技术创新的内在联系。[方法 /过程]运用系统论的方法分析企业信息生态的构成要素及内在机制,进而剖析企业信息生态构成要素、平衡状态、整体运行对技术创新的影响。[结果 /结论]技术创新是一系列信息的收集、加工、传递和转化的过程,企业信息生态为这一过程提供了主体、客体及环境支撑,企业信息生态的平衡状态影响着技术创新的绩效,信息人的活动影响着技术创新底层基因的遗传和变异,决定了技术创新的进化模式。企业信息生态与技术创新相互作用,二者之间存在着协同演化的关系。
[Purpose / Significance] Based on the perspective of information ecology, this paper explains the technological innovation activities at the micro level and analyzes the internal relations between the enterprise information ecology and technological innovation. [Method / Process] Analyze the components and internal mechanisms of enterprise information ecology by means of system theory, and then analyze the impact of enterprise information ecology components, balance status and overall operation on technology innovation. [Result / Conclusion] Technological innovation is the process of collecting, processing, transmitting and transforming a series of information. Enterprise information ecology provides the main body, object and environment support for this process. The balance of enterprise information ecology affects the performance of technological innovation , The activities of informants affect the genetic and genetic variation of underlying genes in technological innovation, which determines the evolutionary mode of technological innovation. Enterprise information ecology and technological innovation interact with each other, and there is a synergistic relationship between the two.
