通过在含Mg~(2+)和 PO_4~(3-)离子的溶液中进行浸泡,在AZ31镁合金上制备磷酸镁转化膜以增强其抗腐蚀性能。经磷化处理20 min后,AZ31镁合金上的磷酸镁转化膜呈微裂纹状结构,厚度均匀(约为2.5μm)。X射线能谱分析和X射线光电子谱分析表明,磷酸镁转化膜由磷酸镁和氢氧化镁或氧化镁组成。磷酸镁转化膜对AZ31镁合金可起到强烈的保护作用。磷酸镁转化膜的腐蚀电流大幅降低,约为未覆膜表面腐蚀电流的3%。在0.5 mol/L Na Cl溶液中的腐蚀恶化时间由10 min延长至24 h
Magnesium phosphate conversion coating was prepared on AZ31 magnesium alloy by immersing it in a solution containing Mg 2+ and PO 4 3- ions to enhance its corrosion resistance. After phosphating treatment for 20 min, the magnesium phosphate conversion coating on the AZ31 magnesium alloy showed a micro-crack structure with a uniform thickness (about 2.5 μm). X-ray energy spectrum analysis and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis showed that the magnesium phosphate conversion film is composed of magnesium phosphate and magnesium hydroxide or magnesium oxide. Magnesium phosphate conversion film on the AZ31 magnesium alloy can play a strong protective effect. The corrosion current of the magnesium phosphate conversion film is greatly reduced, which is about 3% of the corrosion current of the uncovered film surface. The corrosion degradation time in 0.5 mol / L NaCl solution was extended from 10 min to 24 h
