目的 探讨缺血预处理对兔缺血再灌注心肌血流动力学的影响。方法 采用BL - 310多通道记录系统处理对照组、缺血再灌注组和缺血预处理组在不同时点兔血流动力学的有关指标。结果 结扎兔冠状动脉左室支 30min ,再灌注 2 0min ,左室收缩及舒张功能呈进行性下降 ;结扎前行缺血预处理可减轻左室收缩和舒张功能的降低。结论 缺血预处理对缺血再灌注损伤时兔左室功能具有保护作用
Objective To investigate the effect of ischemic preconditioning on myocardial hemodynamics during ischemia-reperfusion in rabbits. Methods BL - 310 multichannel recording system was used to deal with the indexes of hemodynamics in rabbits in control group, ischemia - reperfusion group and ischemic preconditioning group at different time points. Results Left ventricular branch of rabbit coronary artery was ligated for 30 minutes and then reperfused for 20 minutes. The left ventricular systolic and diastolic function decreased progressively. Ischemic preconditioning could reduce left ventricular systolic and diastolic function. Conclusion Ischemic preconditioning has a protective effect on left ventricular function in rabbits with ischemia-reperfusion injury
