南昌硬质合金厂从九一年四月份开始,着手进行内部分配制度的改革,经过全厂广大职工的共同努力,取得了一系列的初步成果。截止十月底,已提前完成了冶金总公司下达的产值和劳动生产年度计划。产值完成年度计划的130%,比九○年同期增长50.16%;全员劳动生产率完成年度计划的130%,比九○年同期增长45.2%;可比产品成本比九○年下降6.29%,按利税总承包的原则,半年共扭亏280万元。我们深深地感到,是分配制度的改革为我厂带来了生机和活力。
