本文测定了慢性肾衰(CRF)患者20例的空腹胰岛素及30,60,120,180分钟的胰岛素释放水平,并与对照组比较,结果空腹胰岛素水平两组无明显差异(P>0.05),而胰岛素释放水平肾衰组较对照组明显升高,统计学处理有显著差异。同时对20例CRF患者进行了糖耐量试验的测定,结果糖耐量减低者15例,正常者5例。糖耐量减低者中并发白内障7例,并发网膜血管病变12例(其中合并白内障5例),糖耐量正常者中并发白内障及网膜血管病变各1例。文中对CRF时胰岛素分泌及代谢与糖耐量的关系进行了初步分析探讨。
In this paper, we measured the fasting insulin and insulin release in 30 cases of chronic renal failure (CRF) patients at 30, 60, 120 and 180 minutes. Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in fasting insulin between the two groups (P> 0.05) Renal failure group was significantly higher than the control group, statistically significant differences. At the same time, 20 cases of CRF patients were measured in glucose tolerance test results in 15 cases of impaired glucose tolerance, normal in 5 cases. Seven patients with impaired glucose tolerance and cataract with retinal vascular lesions in 12 cases (including 5 cases of cataract), normal glucose tolerance in patients with cataract and retinal vascular lesions in 1 case. The article analyzes the relationship between insulin secretion and metabolism and glucose tolerance in CRF.
