目的:探讨门诊注射室护理安全问题与防范措施。方法:以本院门诊注射室2014年4月至2015年8月间接收的1 000例为对象进行研究,对照组常规护理,研究组护理安全管理为主,对比两组患者护理纠纷、不良反应发生率与患者满意度。结果:研究组护理纠纷发生率1.0%、不良反应率1.8%、患者满意度99.0%表现显著优于对照组4.8%、7.6%、69.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:门诊注射室护理安全管理的应用可显著提升护理服务质量、降低风险事件发生率,对于减少护患纠纷、塑造良好医疗形象有重要价值,值得大力推广应用。
Objective: To explore the safety of outpatient injection room care and prevention measures. Methods: A total of 1 000 cases received from our hospital outpatient injection room from April 2014 to August 2015 were studied. In the control group, nursing care management was the main study group. Nursing disputes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups Incidence and patient satisfaction. Results: The incidence of nursing disputes in study group was 1.0%, adverse reaction rate was 1.8%, and patient satisfaction was 99.0%. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), which was significantly better than that of control group (4.8%, 7.6%, 69.6%). Conclusion: The application of nursing safety management in outpatient injection room can significantly improve the quality of nursing service and reduce the incidence of risk events. It is of great value to reduce disputes between nurses and patients and create a good medical image, which is worth to be popularized and applied.
