探讨不同方向超重作用下机体心血管系统的变化规律。方法在动物离心机上将氯醛醣轻度麻醉的狗以不同体位背角暴露到重力作用中。结果随着超重方向由 +Gz向 +Gx方向的改变 ,超重对机体的影响呈现由以头部水平动脉压降低为主向着以中心静脉压升高为主的特点转移 ,机体心血管系统的反应由以动脉系统升压反射为主向着以心脏活动抑制现象为主的方向转移 ,在 75°附近是两者的转折点。结论研究结果对全面认识超重作用下机体心血管系统反应特点具有重要意义 ,对航空航天超重防护座椅背角的合理选择提供了理论参考。
To investigate the changes of cardiovascular system in different directions under the action of overweight.
