马克思主义经典作家和中国共产党人都重视资源节约。企业在我国经济社会中具有特殊地位和重要作用,应在发展循环经济中发挥主体作用。当前,我国企业外延粗放型增长特征依然十分明显。为了加快推行循环经济,企业应该更新发展思路,强化社会责任;优化经济结构,提高资源管理水平;推进技术进步,实现资源消耗的减量化;培养造就一流的企业家队伍,夯实循环经济发展的人才基础。
The classical Marxist writers and the Chinese communists attach importance to resource conservation. Enterprises in our economy and society have a special status and an important role in the development of circular economy should play a dominant role.
