近年来,我国各大高校逐渐增加固定资产的构建,但随着固定资产数量的提升,高校固定资产管理的难度也越来越大,逐渐出现各部门缺乏沟通、管理机构不健全、管理观念落后等问题,这些问题造成固定资产的流失,严重浪费了国有资产。本文在分析上述问题的同时,又从加强制度建设、强化管理意识、明确各部门的职责等方面,探究了高校固定资产管理的对策。希望以此提升我国高校固定资产管理的效率,进而为高校教育教学的顺利开展奠定良好的基础。
In recent years, China’s major colleges and universities gradually increase the construction of fixed assets, but with the increase in the number of fixed assets, colleges and universities more and more difficult to manage the fixed assets, the gradual emergence of various departments lack of communication, management agencies are not perfect, backward management concepts These problems caused the loss of fixed assets and seriously wrecked the state-owned assets. While analyzing the above problems, this article also explores the countermeasures of the management of fixed assets in colleges and universities from the aspects of strengthening the system construction, strengthening the management awareness and clarifying the responsibilities of various departments.
