基于康雍乾的统治举措分析其领导活动:一方面,分析其增强组织归属感、管理非正式群体、对官员的领导方式有效领导活动,并阐述其措施对领导环境的影响及其对组织领导借鉴意义;另一方面,从三帝领导活动缺位的层面,探究不足产生原因及对领导环境的负面影响。最后,在总结三帝领导活动基础上,指出领导环境和领导活动的相互关系,提出优化领导环境的对策措施,为成功的组织领导提供思路。
Based on the reign of Kang Yong-jian, the paper analyzes its leading activities: on the one hand, it analyzes the ways to strengthen the sense of belonging, manage the informal groups, lead the officials effectively, and explain the influence of the measures on the leading environment and its reference to the organization leaders ; On the other hand, from the aspect of the lack of leading activities of the Three Emperors, it explores the causes of the deficiencies and the negative impact on the leadership environment. Finally, on the basis of summing up the leadership activities of the Three Emperors, we point out the relationship between the leadership environment and leadership activities and put forward countermeasures to optimize the leadership environment so as to provide ideas for successful organization and leadership.
