2009年10月10日,位于准东北三台凸起上的西泉014井获得高产油气流,日产油26.06 m3,天然气3 090 m3,这是今年准东地区第5口井获得工业油气流。此前,位于吉木萨尔凹陷的吉19井、西泉地区的西泉3、西泉015井和西泉017井先后获得工业油气流。今年,新疆油田公司在准东地区部署的预探井和评价井达18口,这标志着准噶尔盆地东部油气勘探步伐明显加快。 On October 10, 2009, the well located on the west of Block 3 in the northeastern China won a high-yield oil and gas flow, with a daily oil output of 26.06 m3 and natural gas of 3 090 m3. This is the fifth industrial well flow in the quondam East this year. Prior to this, Ji-19 well in the Jimsar Sag, West Spring 3 in West Spring, Well West-015 and West Well 017 have successively received industrial oil and gas flows. This year, the number of pre-exploration wells and evaluation wells deployed by the Xinjiang Oilfield Company in the quasi-east area amounted to 18, marking a marked acceleration of oil and gas exploration in the eastern part of the Junggar Basin.
