采用局部改进的ＮＣＭ－ＥＬＩＳＡ技术对山东省主栽甘薯品种的试管苗进行带毒性检测，结果与常规ＮＣＭ－ＥＬＩＳＡ法相比，样品的ＳＰＦＭＶ阳性带毒株检出率由９１％～１５％提高到２２７％～４０％，ＳＰＬＶ阳性带毒株检出率由５％～８％提高到１５％～２４％。经指示植物嫁接法验证，改进的ＮＣＭ－ＥＬＩＳＡ可直接用于甘薯试管苗的病毒检测。 The results showed that the detection rate of SPFMV positive isolates was 91% -15% compared with that of conventional NCM-ELISA. Increased from 22.7% to 40%. The detection rate of SPLV positive strains increased from 5% to 8% to 15% to 24%. The grafted plants were verified by grafting. The improved NCM-ELISA can be directly used for the virus detection of sweet potato plantlets.
