采用局部改进的NCM-ELISA技术对山东省主栽甘薯品种的试管苗进行带毒性检测,结果与常规NCM-ELISA法相比,样品的SPFMV阳性带毒株检出率由91%~15%提高到227%~40%,SPLV阳性带毒株检出率由5%~8%提高到15%~24%。经指示植物嫁接法验证,改进的NCM-ELISA可直接用于甘薯试管苗的病毒检测。
The results showed that the detection rate of SPFMV positive isolates was 91% -15% compared with that of conventional NCM-ELISA. Increased from 22.7% to 40%. The detection rate of SPLV positive strains increased from 5% to 8% to 15% to 24%. The grafted plants were verified by grafting. The improved NCM-ELISA can be directly used for the virus detection of sweet potato plantlets.
