目的:探索引出正常大鼠闪光视觉诱发电位图的方法。方法和结果:用日本NIHONKOHDEN公司生产的NEUROPACK-I型诱发电位记录仪器,参照国外学者介绍的方法,在我科过去的工作基础上,经过改进成功引出了大鼠闪光视觉诱发电位的典型波形。并报告了其所测峰潜时(ms)及振幅值(μv)。
Objective: To explore the method of deriving the visual evoked potentials of normal rats. Methods and Results: With the NEUROPACK-I evoked potential recording instrument manufactured by NIHONKOHDEN Corporation of Japan, referring to the methods introduced by foreign scholars, based on the past work of our department, the typical waveform of visual evoked potential of the flash light in rats was successfully improved. And reported its measured peak latency (ms) and amplitude (μv).
