目的观察异丙肾上腺素引起心肌损伤时其损害心肌ICAM-1表达的变化,从而评价ICAM-1在这种心肌损害中的作用。方法实验研究通过反复多次大剂量的异丙肾上腺素(异丙肾)所致心肌损害的SD大鼠8只和正常对照组10只;常规HE染色后光镜下观察心肌的ICAM-1表达。结果在处理组大多数损害心肌的ICAM-1的表达是高度阳性()(7/8),而对照组多为阴性(-)(7/10);两组间相差非常显著(P<0.01)。同时观察到在处理组损伤区中ICAM-1表达增加的程度与心肌损害的程度相一致。结论在异丙肾所致心肌损害的损伤区的ICAM-1表达明显增加,且其增加的程度与心肌损伤的程度密切相关。提示ICAM-1在这种心肌损害的病理过程中起重要作用。
Objective To observe the changes of myocardial ICAM-1 expression induced by isoproterenol in myocardial injury, so as to evaluate the role of ICAM-1 in this kind of myocardial damage. Methods The experimental study repeated 8 times of high-dose isoproterenol (isoproterenol) -induced myocardial damage in 8 rats and normal control group of 10 rats; conventional HE staining under light microscope to observe the expression of ICAM-1 . Results The expression of ICAM-1 in most of the injured myocardium in the treated group was highly positive (/) (/) (7/8), while in the control group was mostly negative (-) (7/10). The difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.01). At the same time, it was observed that the extent of increased ICAM-1 expression in the injured area of the treated group was consistent with the extent of myocardial damage. Conclusions The expression of ICAM-1 in ischemic myocardium induced by isoproterenol is significantly increased, and the extent of its increase is closely related to the degree of myocardial injury. It is suggested that ICAM-1 plays an important role in the pathological process of myocardial damage.
