固定结合面普遍存在于各类机床,影响固定结合面法向动态特性的主要因素多种多样。应用试验方法对固定结合面法向动态特性参数进行识别。基于大量的试验数据,分析结合面面压、粗糙度、材料、介质等因素对固定结合面法向动态特性参数的影响规律,并验证以往相关理论的正确性,提出改进固定结合面法向动态特性参数的措施,为机床的模态分析及优化设计提供了真实有效的数据。
Fixed joints are ubiquitous in all kinds of machine tools. The main factors that affect the normal dynamic characteristics of fixed joints are varied. The test method is used to identify the normal dynamic parameters of the fixed joint. Based on a large number of experimental data, the influence law of the combination of surface pressure, roughness, material, medium and so on on the normal dynamic characteristics of the fixed joint is analyzed and the correctness of the related theories is verified. The improvement of the normal dynamic Characteristic parameters of the measures for the machine tool modal analysis and optimization of the design provides a real and effective data.
