应用免疫组化方法检测了40例不同分化程度的前列腺癌组织中早幼粒细胞白血病基因(PML)蛋白的表达变化。结果显示:PML蛋白在癌组织中的表达总水平较其周围的非癌组织中明显减弱,而低分化和未分化癌组织中的表达总水平又较高、中分化癌组织明显减弱,其中一些呈浸润生长的低分化癌组织PML蛋白表达甚至消失。提示PML蛋白表达变化可能和前列腺癌的分化、浸润转移有关。
Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of promyelocytic leukemia gene (PML) in 40 cases of different degree of differentiation of prostate cancer. The results showed that the overall level of PML protein expression in cancerous tissues was significantly lower than that in the surrounding non-cancerous tissues, while the overall level of PML protein expression in poorly differentiated and undifferentiated carcinoma tissues was significantly higher, and the moderately differentiated cancerous tissues were significantly weakened. Some of them The poorly differentiated carcinoma tissue PML protein expression or even disappear. Tip PML protein expression changes may be related to the differentiation of prostate cancer, invasion and metastasis.
