近年来,我局先后举办了主管会计、成本核算员、车间核算员和物资保管员等培训班15期,培训了财会专业人员772人次,为充实和壮大财会人员队伍,起了积极的作用,受到上级领导的好评和社会有关方面的欢迎。一、领导重视,解决困难。我局财会人员培训班从筹备起,局党委就亲自过问,经常听取汇报,及时帮助解决教学师资和学员生活中的问题,做好企业领导人的思想工作,解决学员“工学”之间的矛盾。每期培训班开学和结业时,局领导都要到会讲话,对学员提出希望和要求,这对培训工作是很大的支持。
