山东天源热电厂现有YG240-9.8/540热电锅炉4台,并配有3台5×10~4kW发电机组。锅炉连续排污水经连续排污扩容器后,分离出蒸汽去除氧器,加热除氧水。其冷却水即连续排污扩容器排污水直接排入定期排污扩容器,经闪蒸后,蒸汽排人大气,这部分余热白白地浪费掉了。为了有效利用此部分余热,笔者设计出了连续排污扩容器排污水换热器,利用连续排污扩容器排污水加热锅炉除盐水,有效利用了连续排污扩容器排污水的余热,获得了很好的经济效益。 1 连续排污扩容器排污水换热器热力计算 1.1 连续排污扩容器排污水换热器的计算
