经济新常态下,高职毕业生就业质量对于促进区域经济转型升级和创新驱动发展至关重要。文章在对江苏经济发展中人才需求情况及高职毕业生就业现状进行概述的基础上,对就业质量的内涵和评价进行理论分析,对江苏高职毕业生质量评价指标体系进行构建,从就业水平、职业胜任、职业发展、创新创业、满意度五个方面对江苏高职毕业生就业质量进行评价。
Under the new economic normal, the employment quality of higher vocational graduates is crucial to promoting the transformation and upgrading of the regional economy and innovation-driven development. On the basis of an overview of the demand for talents in economic development in Jiangsu Province and the employment status of higher vocational graduates, the article analyzes the connotation and evaluation of employment quality and constructs the index system of quality evaluation for graduates of higher vocational education in Jiangsu Province. From the perspective of employment level , Job competency, career development, innovation and entrepreneurship, satisfaction five aspects of Jiangsu vocational graduates employment quality evaluation.
