据我了解,我河池地区,有相当多的中小学校,尤其是小学,是先让学生吃饱早餐后,才进行早操。看来,全国也会有不少类似的学校。其理由是:校舍紧缺,难安排学生在学校住宿,部分中学生是走读生,小学则几乎全是走读生。如果学生早上到学校先做早操,然后各自回家吃早餐,往返不方便,且花去较多的时间,给学校安排作息时间带来很大的困难。因而,只好规定学生先吃早
