培养一专多能的复合型、应用型外语人才是高等院校英语教师的任务。作为国家高职骨干院校建设单位,在社会转型期更应加快英语教学改革的步伐,彰显专业英语的特色,培养适应社会需要的复合型人才。ESP理论视角下的园艺英语教学改革,围绕课程设计、教学模式、教学方法、教材建设和师资力量五个方面进行阐述,以期提高ESP课程教学质量,旨在为高等院校园林园艺学专业英语教学改革提供一些可行性建议。
It is the task of college English teachers to cultivate a multi-functional and applied foreign language talents with one specialty. As the construction unit of backbone colleges in higher vocational colleges, we should speed up the pace of English teaching reform during the social transition, highlight the characteristics of professional English and cultivate the compound talents who meet the needs of the society. The reform of horticultural English from the perspective of ESP theory elaborates on the aspects of curriculum design, teaching mode, teaching methods, teaching material construction and faculty strength, in order to improve ESP teaching quality and aims to provide professional English teaching for horticultural horticulture in colleges and universities Reform provides some feasible suggestions.
