通过实践,我们对高中有机化学中的银镜反应实验作了如下改进:一是由在热水浴中反应改为在常温下进行;二是由在试管内反应改在玻璃板上反应。1 实验步骤1.1 玻璃板的洗净 取一块约为0.3m~2的普通平板玻璃,先用肥皂液或洗衣粉水洗净,然后用海绵或脱脂棉沾新配制的饱和二氯化锡溶液擦洗(以清除残留的氧化性杂质),擦洗完全后,用清水冲洗数次,水平搁置,以备银镜反应。1.2 银氨溶液的配制
