L207E柴油机的拉缸是指缸套、活塞、活塞环的某些部位因局部润滑油膜被破坏而发生熔着磨损的现象。根据其严重程度可以分为:1)气口附近或活塞裙部的纵向线痕,可能是几根或几簇(见图1)。2)气口附近的片状擦痕。多数出现在气缸套的左侧,有时两侧均有(见图2)。3)气口上、下,活塞三、四环岸和裙部的大片熔着咬合痕迹,多数出现在气缸套左侧,有时两侧均有(见图3)。缸套与活塞熔着咬死。
L207E diesel engine cylinder refers to the cylinder liner, piston, piston ring in some parts of the local lubricant film was damaged and melting phenomenon occurs.
