目的:探讨宫腔镜联合阴道B超诊断及治疗绝经后子宫出血的临床应用效果。方法:纳入2015年1月至2016年5月汝南县人民医院收治的绝经后子宫出血患者96例,排除相关禁忌后,按照不同的检查方法分为对照组和研究组各48例,对照组给予阴道B超检查;研究组给予宫腔镜联合阴道B超检查;两组患者检查后均取病变组织进行病理学检查,并行宫腔镜下手术治疗。结果:研究组有3例患者经病理学检查子宫内膜为轻度增生,检查符合率为93.75%,经宫腔镜配合手术后治愈率为100%;对照组有13例患者与病理学检查不相符,其中包括子宫内膜轻度增生4例、子宫黏膜下肌瘤5例、宫颈管息肉1例、子宫内膜癌3例,检查符合率为72.92%,经宫腔镜配合手术后治愈率为72.92%;对漏诊13例患者再次行宫腔镜配合手术,患者均被治愈。组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜联合阴道B超可提高绝经后子宫出血诊断率,及时为患者进行宫腔镜下手术治疗,提高治愈率,尽早为患者解除病痛。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of hysteroscopy combined with vaginal B-ultrasonography in the diagnosis and treatment of postmenopausal uterine bleeding. Methods: Ninety-six patients with postmenopausal uterine bleeding admitted to Runan County People’s Hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 were divided into control group and study group (48 cases) and control group Given vaginal B-ultrasound; study group given hysteroscopy combined with vaginal B-ultrasound; lesions were examined in both groups after pathological examination, and hysteroscopic surgery. Results: In the study group, 3 patients had mild hyperplasia of pathological examination of the endometrium, the coincidence rate was 93.75%, and the cure rate was 100% after hysteroscopy combined with operation; in the control group, 13 patients were pathologically examined Including 4 cases of mild endometrial hyperplasia, 5 cases of uterine submucous myoma, 1 case of cervical canal polyps, 3 cases of endometrial cancer, check the coincidence rate was 72.92%, cured by hysteroscopy combined with surgery The rate was 72.92%; 13 cases of missed diagnosis of hysteroscopy with surgery again, the patients were cured. The differences between groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Hysteroscopy combined with vaginal B-ultrasound can improve the diagnosis rate of post-menopausal uterine bleeding, hysterectomy in patients with timely surgical treatment to improve the cure rate, relieve pain as soon as possible for patients.
