我厂是航空航天部惯性仪表生产厂之一。惯性仪表零、组件的结构特点是尺寸小(小到几十微米),精度高(尺寸精度为微米级,形状精度为亚微米级),表面粗糙度小(Ra0.04,即12),形状结构复杂,且薄壁,因此加工难度大。它需要有先进的工艺方法,相当精度的设备,理想的刀具,准确的测量仪表,良好的加工环境和相应的工艺控制水平来保证。目前,这些零件的加工,我厂主要是依靠精化机床和采用金刚石刀具来实现的,加工精度也还是靠操作师傅的经验来保证。现就有关方面作一介绍。
