用焙烧、酸浸、沉淀、溶解法,从含钴废渣中回收钴。在600~750℃下焙烧2.5~4.5h,再用硫酸溶液和混酸(盐酸、硝酸、硫酸)溶液分别浸取4h和3h,钴浸取率可达95%以上。浸取液用硫化钠溶液沉淀,氧化剂氧化再酸溶解纯化,可获得纯度达98%的各类钴盐。
With roasting, acid leaching, precipitation, dissolution method, recovery of cobalt from cobalt-containing waste. The samples were calcined at 600-750 ℃ for 2.5-4.5 h and then leached with sulfuric acid solution and mixed acid solution (hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and sulfuric acid) for 4 h and 3 h, respectively. The leaching rate of cobalt was more than 95%. The leaching solution is precipitated with sodium sulfide solution, and the oxidant is oxidized and then acid is dissolved and purified to obtain all kinds of cobalt salts with the purity of up to 98%.
