我院在1969~1980年期间,共抢救100多个病(伤)种的危重伤病员2,230人,占收容伤病员总数的4.1%,每年平均抢救180余人。抢救成功率由最初的62.1%,提高到现在的80%以上,最高年份成功率达91.8%。我们主要的经验和做法是:一、院领导深人第一线组织指挥领导成员做到既有固定的明确分工,又有主动的密切协作。为了掌握指挥抢救的主动权,要经常做到“三个胸中有数”(对全院各科危重病人情况、各科基本特点和技术状况、常见危重伤病员急救原则和救治措施都能胸
During the period from 1969 to 1980, our hospital rescued a total of 2,230 critically ill patients and injured more than 100 sick and injured patients, accounting for 4.1% of the total number of admitted and injured patients.
