对铝和铝合金进行硬质阳极化,目的系在其表面获取厚而硬的阳极氧化膜层。长期以来,这种工艺多数是借介质冷却硫酸电解液至零下几度和升高电压等苛刻的工艺条件来实现。冷却电解液可使氧化物溶解率降低,从而获取厚膜。这种膜层具有良好的耐磨性、耐蚀性、耐热性和电气性能;当用于液压系统的气缸和活塞等零件时,能很好地吸收和保持润滑。
