利用自主研发的串联式连续混炼机,研究了其连续混炼工艺的稳定性与混炼时间的关系,并与密炼机2段式混炼工艺的稳定性进行了对比。结果表明,初混时的混炼时间超过胶料均匀性趋于稳定时的开始时间可保证串联式连续混炼的稳定性。串联式连续混炼工艺的稳定性水平高于密炼机2段式混炼工艺的稳定性水平。
The relationship between the stability of the continuous mixing process and the mixing time was studied by using an in-line continuous mixing machine independently developed, and compared with the stability of the two-stage mixing process of the internal mixer. The results show that the initial mixing time more than the uniformity of the rubber tends to be stable when the starting time to ensure the stability of tandem continuous mixing. The level of stability of the tandem continuous mixing process is higher than the level of stability of the two-stage mixing process of the internal mixer.
