我国有关电机尺寸及其代号和公差的标准原有多项,即 GB758-65《电机轴中心线高度》、GB759-65《电机固定凸缘型式及尺寸》、GB760-65《电机安装尺寸及外型尺寸的代号》、JB843-66《三相异步电动机安装尺寸》、JB684-65《电机安装尺寸公差》等,曾经对电机生产起了有益的作用。但因内容较为陈旧,存在不少缺点。为了有利于安装互换、生产管理、外贸出口和国际技术交流,促进电机产品升级换代提高质量,
