合理用药已经是医药专业人员非常熟习的名词。但在国内论及该主题的文献中,介绍合理用药的实践经验和案例者比比皆是,而在理论的系统性和概念的完整性方面显得较为薄弱。笔者在参考大量中外相关文献的基础上,结合多年对该主题的教学心得,拟从理论研究的角度,给“合理用药”以明确的定义,解析用药合理化的评价指标,提炼合理用药概念的特点,阐述促进全社会合理用药的意义,并从药师在临床用药中作用和职责的渐变,划分合理用药在认识论上的发展过程。
Rational use of drugs is already a familiar term for medical professionals. However, in the domestic literature on this topic, there are many practical experiences and case studies that introduce rational drug use, but they are weak in the systematicness and conceptual integrity of the theory. On the basis of referring to a large number of related literatures at home and abroad, based on many years of teaching experience on this subject, the author intends to use the clear definition of “rational drug use” to analyze the evaluation index of rational drug use and to refine the concept of rational drug use from the theoretical research point of view , Elaborates the significance of promoting the rational use of medicine in the whole society and divides the epistemological development process of rational drug use from the gradual change of role and responsibility of pharmacists in clinical medication.
